Willoughby, sentenced last evening to a year in the state poniten tiary, left for Salem to begin his resi dence there, accompanied by Sheriff Smith. Mr. Willoughby is another victim of the liquor business. W. A. Kimsey, nominee for county treasurer, left tor the country in the interest of his candidacy. He is ma king a good fight for the office on a good record as a man and citizen, backed by excellent qualifications for the office. look O. E. Perry and family left Portland visit of a few days.
